Refund Policy

At FOF Bike Tours (Falcons of Fitzrovia), we want every guest to have an enjoyable and worry-free experience.
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made through our website or partners.

1. Cancellations by Guests

a) More than 48 hours before your tour

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

b) Within 48 hours of your tour

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

  • However, we’re happy to reschedule your tour to another available date and time (subject to availability) at no extra cost.

c) No-shows

  • Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that London weather can be unpredictable.
If heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions prevent your tour from running safely, we will:

  • Offer a free reschedule to another available date, or

  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

We may also reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as road closures or operational issues). In these rare cases, you will be notified promptly.

3. Partial Refunds

If your tour begins but must end early due to unexpected weather or safety concerns, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the time completed.

4. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Codes

  • Gift vouchers and discounted promotional bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may, however, transfer them to another guest or reschedule to a different date before the expiry date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via:

  • The name used for the booking

  • Your preferred outcome (refund or reschedule)

We’ll review your request and confirm the next steps within 24 hours.

6. Late Arrivals

Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time to ensure the best experience for all guests.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee participation or refunds for missed tours.

7. Changes by FOF Bike Tours

If we ever need to cancel a tour due to safety, operational, or logistical reasons, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule your tour for a later date.

We aim to communicate any changes as early as possible.
