Guests are welcome to bring their own water and snacks, though we’ll also provide a bottle of water and a snack for each person. The ride itself is very light and enjoyable, and if necessary, we’ll make a brief refreshment stop halfway through the tour where you can grab an extra drink or snack if needed.

We operate rain or shine, but if there’s heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
