Should I bring my own water/snacks?

The ride itself is very light and enjoyable, and if necessary, we’ll make a brief refreshment stop halfway through the tour where you can grab an extra drink or snack if needed.
How long is the tour?

What should I wear?

Do I need to know how to ride a bike?
Yes, basic biking skills are required. Don’t worry, though, our Super73 e-bikes are very easy to ride, and our guides will make sure you’re confident and comfortable before the tour begins.
What happens if it rains?
We operate rain or shine, but if there’s heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Can children join the tour?
Yes! Children can join the tour when seated safely in front of an adult. Our Super73 e-bikes are fitted with additional footrests for kids, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Can two people ride on one bike?
Children under 13 can join with an adult by sitting on the same e-bike. The child sits comfortably in front of the adult, giving them a clear view of the road and surroundings. Each bike is designed with a dedicated footrest for the passenger, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience throughout the tour.
