The tour finishes in the same place we met you – Hyde Park Corner.
While we do pack emergency ponchos, and will adapt the tour according to weather, our guides will judge the conditions latest 24 hours prior, and notify you if we are unable to go ahead, to ensure you are safe and comfortable for the whole tour. In this event, a full refund will be offered.
Safety is our top priority. We equip all passengers with helmets and provide a safety briefing at the start of each tour. Our routes are carefully designed to use mostly cycle paths and to avoid high-traffic areas. That said, you are ultimately responsible for your safety, and must ride responsibly and stay aware of your surroundings.
That said, while we do our best to ensure a safe experience, nothing is guaranteed. We encourage you to ride responsibly and stay aware of your surroundings. And remember—our guide is there to lead the way, but it’s not a game of “follow the leader,” so keep your wits about you!
If you have luggage, let us know prior and we will organise for it to be safely stored, and safely returned to you at the end of the tour.
We have designed our tours to maximise the use of London’s extensive cycle paths. However, if you are nervous about cycling, but keen to give it a go, maybe try one of our easier options such as the City of Westminster Tour or the Changing of the Guards Tour.
Our bikes have been specially adjusted to accommodate a child alongside their parent or guardian. Depending on their size/age, they’ll be able to ride up front or hop on the back.
Our Royal London tour has been designed with kids in mind, both in terms of the ease of routes and the content, so we would recommend this one!
Our routes have several possible points to stop for refreshments and a loo break if needed. However, if you’d like to maximise your time on the bikes and see more of those hidden gems we list, our guides are happy to crack on with the rest of the tour!
Delays are inevitable, especially if you are visiting London for the first time. If you are delayed, it’s best to call ahead and we will do our best to make adjustments or reschedule.
