At FOF Bike Tours, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for every guest. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a fair and transparent refund policy to support you.
Cancellations by Customers
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy
We offer one free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance of your tour time.
Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and an administrative fee.
Cancellations by FOF Bike Tours
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of:
A full refund
A rescheduled tour at no additional cost
Late Arrivals
Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests who arrive late may miss key parts of the tour. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Gift Vouchers and Promotional Bookings
Gift vouchers and promotional codes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
